Velin ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার ও পণ্য অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন:
১. পণ্যের তথ্য
আমরা পণ্যের সঠিক বিবরণ, মূল্য ও ছবি প্রদানের সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে ডিভাইস বা আলোভেদে রঙের সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে।
২. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (৳) প্রদর্শিত।
Velin যেকোনো সময় মূল্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর নির্বাচিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
৩. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও বাতিল
ভুল তথ্য প্রদান বা অনিবার্য কারণে Velin যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
৪. ডেলিভারি
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি প্রদানের চেষ্টা করা হয়। প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে বিলম্ব হলে Velin দায়ী থাকবে না।
৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড আমাদের নির্ধারিত রিটার্ন পলিসি অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
৬. গোপনীয়তা
গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমাদের প্রাইভেসি পলিসি অনুযায়ী সংরক্ষণ করা হয়।
Velin প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
